陈静锐博士,男云南省曲靖市人。2019年11月毕业于北京邮电大学、信息与通信工程学院、信息与通信工程专业,获工学博士学位。现主要从事基于随机几何理论的无线异构网络及未来网络的建模、性能分析和网络优化与规划,无线衰落信道建模与性能分析,无线异构网络的负载均衡等。
